Play sun safe with Blue Lizard Kids Mineral SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion. Formulated with Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, this kid-friendly mineral sunscreen provides broad-spectrum, head-to-toe sun protection from harmful UV rays, including 98% of UVB rays. With up to 80 minutes of water resistance, this is the ultimate choice for more fun under the sun. With a new and improved formula, this 100% mineral sunscreen now includes antioxidant-rich Blue Algae. How to Use: Shake well prior to use. Apply liberally to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours. For topical use only. Keep out of reach of children. For children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor. Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this Blue Lizard Kids sunscreen a few times on my kids, and overall it seemed to do what it’s supposed to do. I’m not someone who buys sunscreen often — no particular reason, I just never really got around to it — but on the occasions I did use this one, I didn’t have any major complaints. It applied fine, and the kids didn’t get sunburned while wearing it. I didn’t use it consistently enough to speak on long-term performance, but for the times I tried it, it worked as expected.

Amazing sunscreen and clean ingredients
I have been checking all sunscreens to buy one with good ratings on the Yuka app and also that will actually work and this sunscreen works! My teenage son used it for a week in Lake Havasu and didn't get sunburned at all and we all used it in Kauai/Maui for a week and it protected us all from getting any sun burns. We were on two boat trips for hours so we made sure to apply every hour. We used it on our face it will be white at first but it blends in very easily. It is also reef safe another added bonus for Hawaiian vacations.

I tried the normal version of the blue lizard and loved it. The kids version is a bit thicker/greasier with more of a white cast. Although this may be due to the ingredients being cleaner, I think I’ll go back to the original next time.

It protects you from the sun, but it is so white especially in the water… when you apply it before touching water it is blended in but as soon as you sweat or get wet you are as white as snow, so disappointed. The cap does turn blue though lol
