only came with 13 sticks instead of 18, taste great

have had these flavors before in the large tin, so bought these for travel. These are great but my box only came with 13 sticks - going to return and see if this is consistent across the board, or if my box was a fluke. knocking off stars for this reason only.

Hit the Water Goals

Honestly, this is probably a marketing scam. I’ve purchased twice now which means I’ve gone through about 36 sticks. While I can say, I do feel like my bloat is more controlled and my *ahem* body is more regular, it might just be due to the increased water. I mix mine with 20oz of water and a sugar free flavored water packed then drink in the AM like a morning coffee. I like the flavor combo, makes it not taste like grass, and gives me something to look forward to. I also take it on walks with me and make it a mission to drink it all before I get home. Do what you will with this information, but it’s at least helped me get more water and motivated me to exercise so I have something to do on my walks. Is it really the greens helping? Who knows, but I’d say overall I have better water habits now!

These 2 are the best flavors of this brand. Realistically, these are not the heat tasting put there. But I will say I feel better drinking these than when I don't. Plus I like the convenience of not having to scoop them

Disgusting

This drink it extremely disgusting. I couldn't drink it and I can drink anything. It literally smells like something that comes out of your back side. This was a huge waste of money. I gagged 5 times trying to drink it. I would return the rest if I could.
