Love it!
I absolutely love this griddle! It is so much better to have a unit that is ALL griddle, vs. trying to put a griddle on top of a camp stove. With this, you have lots of space for plenty of pancakes/burgers/homefries/whatever, and the heat is nice and even, and you can stir things without it falling off the edge, because this griddle has nice high sides all around. I really like the location of the grease hole on the Blackstone griddles; that's my main reason for choosing this brand over other brands. Other brands have a grease hole right in the cooking surface! Blackstone has the hole on the vertical surface at the back, maximizing cooking space and no worries about anything falling down the hole. It seasoned up easily and works great. It's small enough to be portable for camping or picnics, but large enough for a family of four to use at home, really no need to size up unless you regularly host large groups.

Two Griddles are better than one!
After receiving my first griddle. I often caught myself fantasizing about what it would be like to have two griddles at the same time. After receiving my second griddle, things heat up quick, I can get the job done faster and there’s enough meat for everyone!
