Black Wolf Sonic Scrubber - Powered Body and Face Brush

Janky. No lather. Wasted money. Agree with the other low reviews. Anyone that gave this a 5 star had to have been paid. Questioning why there’s so many reviews from women when this was marketed for men. Even the massage function is a gimmick. Had high hopes based on the reviews, but very much agree with the other low ratings.

It is for a man. Large, works, the handle extends but does not curve. I would like a lighter weight one with a long handle that curves over my shoulder blade because I am an old woman.

I don't know when silicon brushed loofahs became a thing, but it definitely is not the strat. Without even thinking about it, I bought this based on the "features". Well... I'm not sure it even does the most basic job of scrubbing. I'm no bathing scientist, but rubbing smooth plastic bristles on my body did not feel "cleaning". Maybe it does??? Idk, but I go on the basis of "feeling" clean and this product did not. I at least know one benefit of silicone brush material is easy cleaning and keeps bacterial growth to a minimum. At least its able to keep itself clean, just not me lol. The features are "meh" at best. The advertising on Target's product page is very convincing. The arm pieces are cheap plastic, so expect bending when telescoped. The vibrating message feature is "just fine"... but it's 100% a gimmick. You're not showering to waste water. It's not even a decent product if marketed as a massager. So, the fact you think you're going to get any "messaging" done in the shower, is going to be wasteful or unsatisfying. Just scrub and get out. I did like the ergonomics of the brush head. I was able to get a good grip. That's the only pro. I have issues with the "features" that got me convinced me to try it. I honestly can't speak on the science of "scrubbing" with silicone brush vs a sponge loofah (the natural kind, not plastic), but the "feeling clean" definitely goes to the sponge loofah.

You might notice it has slightly less lather than a loofah, but after a single use, it's obvious that doesn't matter. My skin feels amazing after using it, and it's such a lovely little massage while your in the shower. Easy to use, easy to clean, and it just makes your skin feel nice.

don't trust the company i've had it for 6 months (the company claims you never have to replace it) and it has a terrible musty mildew smell now. i've tried cleaning it with multiple products and leaving it out in the sun; nothing fixes it. i also have an amazon $6 silicone non-battery loofa right next to it in the shower that's over a year old and doesn't smell at all - so it's not just the environment in our bathroom. i always wash the blackwolf after use and run our bathroom fan until the room is dry. i contacted the company and they said it was outside of the 90 day warranty period (which is not mentioned on any website; their website just mentions 1 year). they only offered a coupon - like i'd want to buy more from them.

This device is definitely not worth the money. I like the way the device feels on my back, but it isn’t great. I only gave 3 stars because you have to use the USB A to USB C cable that comes oth the device to charge it. None of my Apple USB C chargers would charge the device. Not happy about not being able to use any USB C charger. I also don’t think this device is worth the amount of money I paid.

Treat yourself to this massaging scrubber. I took a chance on it and am very glad I did. It makes my skin feel...soothed -- that's the most accurate word for it. Easy to operate, adjustable handle, conveniently hangs from my shower caddy when I'm done. Whoever designed it thought things through!

I absolutely love this scrubber! The silicone bristles and handle feel so much more sanitary than a traditional loofah but it is still incredibly soft and comfortable to the touch. The sonic vibrations make for a super relaxing shower at the end of a long day and the retractable handle is incredibly helpful to get your back - it was perfect when I was recovering from surgery with a limited range of motion! I absolutely love this thing, and will be getting several more as gifts!!

The removable and extendable handle on this scrubber is a game changer!! I love the different settings and use this multiple times a week.
