Q: Can you take it apart to clean fan blades?

  • A: Thank you for your question about the BLACK+DECKER 12″ Desk Fan. According to the user manual for the 12‑inch table/desk fan, the manufacturer advises: do not disassemble the motor or internal components for cleaning. You can unplug the fan, remove surface dust from the grilles and blades, wipe plastic parts with a damp cloth, and vacuum the motor housing vents, but taking the motor housing apart or removing the internal fan assembly is discouraged.

Very Quiet!
