The best ice cream ever
This is the best ice cream I've ever had hands down. It's perfectly creamy, the little chunks of cake are the perfect size, they aren't completely frozen solid that you break your teeth eating it, the little sprinkles are a nice touch a extra sweetness without being overly toothachingly sweet. It's the best ice cream and I hope they never get rid of it

THANK YOU for bringing this back!!! I was nearly brought to tears when my husband found this for me, especially since I’m in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and this brings me the ultimate comfort and peak happiness. This is my favorite ice cream of all time and no other brand can compete. The soft cake pieces and sweet ice cream are 10/10. For all the haters in the reviews: leave my icecream alone!! This is my absolute favorite Target brand ice cream I have tried. The flavor is great without being too artificial. The chunks of cake pieces add the perfect texture. I am sad it isn’t available in all Target stores so if you see it, grab it immediately!!

This is too good . I wish target would make a smaller 3 serving version of this . I get this as a treat every now and then for a cheat day . But last time I got it I ate the entire thing in one night all “9 servings “. I’m a giant bday cake lover and this one with a little whipped cream hits the spot ! Best store bought one for sure !!

I bought this for my kids and snuck a spoonful one day. Let me say Wow, this is surprisingly delicious. Usually birthday cake flavors are too sweet for me and are just ice cream with sprinkles and swirls of icing. This doesn't have icing (thankfully) but it does have nice big pieces of actual cake in it. It's very good but not too much.

Delicious. Admittedly lighter/less rich than other birthday cakes, but has less sugar than others too, which some may appreciate. Still a classic birthday cake flavor with plenty of cake chunks and sprinkles. Love it. Also, you get a whole carton, not just a pint for $5.

Presentation is immaculate. But taste… Didn’t taste like birthday cake at all.. Mine tasted like old milk. I did like that it actually had pieces of cake in it. Only one star, for the presentation. It had a good amount of sprinkles, and cake pieces.

I wouldn’t normally choose birthday cake ice cream, however this ice cream includes cubed pieces of actual cake. I didn’t have high expectations, but I will be adding this ice cream to my usual delivery list. [Almost] every bite I took had a small piece of cake. The sprinkles are a bit much,but if you like sprinkles, you’d like this.
