Face burn
I have no allergies and have never reacted to any skin care product. I was excited to try this cleanser and it immediately began burning my face like I had acid poured on it. Left my skin, red, raw and insanely Irritated. I threw it away immediately, so disappointed

I can't find it anymore. I have been using it for about 2 years. Hand down the best cleanser I have ever used. That's saying more than you think. I worked for Estee Lauder for a couple of years and used high end cleansers from several companies and nothing compares. Is it being discontinued?

I have been using this for a while now and I love it, I have struggled to find a cleanser and exfoliant that I actually like and I finally found one, if anyone asks me what to try I always suggest this to them, it also lasts ages too, u dont need lots of the cleanser cos u need to emulsify it to use correctly. I 100% love this cleanser and exfoliant.

Squeaky clean
I wanted to switch it up from my usual CeraVe. This face wash did not disappoint. For my oily skin, this soap is non-drying. Skin feels very clean, refreshed. There’s a cooling sensation as well. And it’s a pretty color :) Nothing bad to say about it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this face wash a couple days ago cause I ran out of my Aveno one I normally use. As soon as I put this on my face it started burning like I put Icy Hot on my face I thought it might have been a cooling sensation so I just ignored it. A couple hours later my face started itching and started showing a weird patchy red breakout. I do NOT recommend this product at all!

This product is great! It truly makes my complexion nice. My pores are small and the rosiness is taken away. It seems my moisturizer and makeup apply easier too. I’m extremely pleased with this Biore’ Cleanser! One more thing - I have dry skin so don’t be thrown off by the fact it’s oil-free.

Smell isn't great, more like one of their stronger acne cleansers rather than a more gentle daily wash. Smell is pretty chemical-like. Didn't notice the charcoal's presence at all. Stings my face and kinda hurts. Bubbles up pretty good, but leaves my skin super dry and red. Gave it 3 uses/chances. Not pleasant either time. Not sure what to do with what's left.

Not right for me
The face wash goes on ni c.f., but as it washes off there's an intense cooling sensation, I'm guessing from the menthol which lingers for sometime. This would be okay, but I found after a few nightly uses it started to dry out my skin and cause irritation.
