I'm new to the Garcinia Cambodia game, this seems to help as I have lost 10 pounds in two months but that could be because I'm watching what I eat closely as well. Will keep updating this review as my progress continues.

I bought this to try and lose 25 - 30lbs, When I first take it I feel great but as soon as it wears off, I feel so hungry that ive been deprived of food, I don't wana eat a lot, I wana lose...ive tried so many things, im just going to give up...save your money!

I wanted to try this because I do need to lose weight(25lbs) and the reviews are good. So far I have been on them for 2wks. and have lost 4lbs. BUT I also am watching what I eat and excerise,BUT I do notice it makes less hunger & not crave carbs & sugar! Does give me a little more energy. I take 1 before breakfast & 1 at 4pm. I did take 3 one day all before 5pm but noticed I did not sleep threw the night, so stay with the directions.... I have ordered more and going to stick with it. Great price also I save $10.00 buying from here!

Not for me
I have tried several brands of garcinia cambogia and have the same result with all. I'm not hungry because I'm so sick I don't want to eat. I have a terrible reaction, aching bones, fibro flare and just plain don't feel good when I take it. So I can't recommend it to anyone else.

Excellent product
I did start taking this garcinia cambogia bc I was ganing some weight. I take 2 first thing when I get up every day (on an empty stomac) and it is working. I am not craving as I used to. I eat a lot less. When I go to restaurants I dont even eat the full meal. I feel full very easy. I highly recomend this product. And it does work as well as the one that Dr. Oz recomends because I tried both. Swanson has much better price and same quality.

This product is not a magic bullet. It works by reducing your crabbing for snacks. It also makes you satisfied with smaller portions of food. It will not work immediately, you will see its effects by week 3. After that it is up to you to make smart choices of food since the crabbing and hunger factors are removed.

I have only been taking this less than a month, and have seen a little weight loss, but not much. I do notice that when take it I have more energy and am less irritable. So, I would recommend for use and am hoping to see further weight loss.

Not for me
Took this for two weeks before realizing that it was the cause of severe insomnia accompanied by racing heart and jitters. It probably won't have this effect on everyone, but that was my experience. Those issues went away when I stopped taking it. No weight loss during those two weeks, either.
