Hair in it and missing refill
bought this razor and opened the box to use it and it had someone’s hair in the razor and was missing one of the refill razor heads as well. DISGUSTING

Not for course hair
Do not buy this if you have coarse hair. You will have to do several passes and still end up with a patchy shave. I spent like 30 minutes doing several passes and it didn't get most of my thigh area and anywhere that bends. These are basically tricycle razors for people scared of cutting themselves. You're better off spending the money on a bag of disposable razors, as they're at least sharp enough to get the job done with 1 razor.

I just bought my Billie razor today and I'm already obsessed! The colors are so fun and vibrant, I love having options that actually look cute in my shower. That little magnetic holder is genius, it sticks right to the wall and keeps everything tidy and dry! The blade is incredibly sharp!! It glides smoothly without any tugging. I've always stuck with men's razors because women's ones either gave me terrible razor burn/rashes or needed multiple passes to get everything. Not this one! One smooth pass and my legs are completely hair-free with zero irritation. My skin feels amazing, no bumps, no redness, just super soft!! This is hands down THE best razor I've ever used. Love it so much. I'll definitely be buying refills and sticking with Billie from now on! Woot, woot!

Great Razor BUT
While I LOVE this razor, the one complaint I have is that the head of the razor comes apart from the handle, ALOT! I thought at first I had a defective handle, went an bought another kit and the same thing is happening. I have talked with coworkers that use the Billie and they said the same thing happens to them. Can you help with this fix?
