We have three of these chairs and our family loves them. Our only complaint is that they do not all seem to have the same amount of fill. Even after expanding for more than a week, one chair seems to have much less fill.

Not full enough
Got this for my son for Xmas. Opened it 3 days early to give it time to fluff up, like the directions said. The cover is super soft, but the foam pieces barely fill the cover, so you sink straight to the ground no matter how much you fluff it. Big Joe’s customer service said there is no way to add more foam.

4ft Size is a large awkard ball
Bought the 4ft size for a 7yr old but the sizing was so awkward. It was about 3ft wide and tall, just a big ball, which made it hard to actually sit on. When sat on, it didn’t squish like usual bean bags. In the end, I was told it wouldn’t be used because it wasn’t comfortable, so returned. Pros: Coffee color, the material seemed nice and I liked that the foam was in its on bag and that the cover could be removed

one arrived flat and never got squishy
I bought two of the same XL and one never got nearly as comfy and squishy as the other despite them being set up exactly the same. I basically fall right through and hit my butt on the ground when i sit on it so that one is basically useless. the other one is comfortable but not worth the risk of one never working out
