Perfect for gym rats and gluten free people
This is not a regular flour tortilla for the average person. This is for gluten free people or people following strict calorie deficits with major protein goals. It’s my number 1 tortilla of all time. It’s perfect for my diet and I think the taste is just fine. You need to crisp it up before you just eat it. It’s great for what I need and I will continue to buy this until it doesn’t exist.

Just dont.

Best g-free wrap ever!
Great texture! It’s been so long since this G-free mom found a wrap that tastes good, doesn’t crumble, and doesn’t tear. You can load it up, knowing you are getting good protein and fiber and the bottom Wont fall out!

An acquired taste.
I know from other reviews that some found the taste gross, but this really is an acquired taste. You need to store it in the refrigerator from the start, or it will get moldy. It's not a tortilla you can leave on the counter or in your bread box. I find it fantastic because now I can easily enjoy sandwich wraps, burritos, and quesadillas. If you season what you're putting inside the wrap well, you won't miss the taste of the tortilla. I usually warm it up in a toaster or toast it before using. I just had a taco tostada salad, and it was fantastic! Once you get used to the texture and flavor—which isn't too hard—warming it slightly or toasting it really makes a difference. You will come to appreciate this product. I hope this information helps those who are hesitant about trying or purchasing it.
