Beautiful pet stroller solid for my golden poodle

This stroller really deserves a half star, but, unfortunately, that isn't a choice. The stroller itself and the experience with Target were both disasters. I purchased this to make my cat's visits to the vet less stressful and even fun for him. Although the photos on the website present what looks like a durable, stable stroller, it is, in fact, an accident waiting to happen. The stroller is made of very cheap parts, especially the wheels. It proved to be not only dsyfunctional but also downright dangerous. On our first outing, we were on the way to the vet, crossing a busy city street with many people in the crosswalk, when one of the wheels suddenly broke, fell off, and flew into the traffic. The stroller fell forward into people in front of us, my poor cat hit the ground, and I lost my balance as I was trying to protect him in the fall. I called Target and reported the incident to a rep, who was very empathetic. She agreed that the accident, which, she said, could have been even worse, shouldn't have occurred. She instructed me to return it to a Target store for a full refund and even recorded detailed notes under my account to make the in-store return easy. I thought I'd be in and out of the store in no time, but when I got there, the employee made a big deal about the return and said that I couldn't return it there. He said that they weren't a big enough store and that I'd have to find a larger Target for the return. First, I wasn't ever told me that the Target store to which a customer takes a return matters, and it isn't stated anywhere on the website or receipt either. Second, it's a defective product, my cat could have been badly hurt, and I'm told to reload it in my car and drive around to find a bigger Target? The rep finally said that he would take it as a "one-time" act of kindness, but after more time passed, he said that the register wouldn't allow the return because it was past a return date. I explained that a return date doesn't apply when you're dealing with a defective item. I already had wasted way too much time on the whole issue, so I just left and also didn't bother to call customer service again. I don't ever leave bad reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I decided to try to save someone else the trouble that they'll encounter if they purchase this product. This stroller was $50. My advice: I think it's worth it to pay a little more and buy a better stroller at a store that will stand by their products without making it a hassle for loyal customers.

We bought it in pink great quality ! My girl is enjoying it she gets to go in so many more places now then she could before.

Never received missing parts after I called

Stroller seemed nice upon opening. Went to assemble and it was missing half the gaskets. Very disappointed and returned item. Seems to be a common problem.

Missing parts: wheeler cover and gasket The box came open and it seems that was a returned product because it was partially assembled Shame on the clerk that made a client waste time and waste of shipping expenses

My kitty just loves it

Zipper is broke and doesn’t zipper. I just got it and put it together and I went to zipper and notice it doesn’t stay zipper so my Yorkie has his head out and the poodle mix jumped out. I wrote Ty company and they seem nonchalant about.
