This chair is an absolute must for anyone who spends long days at the office. It is so comfortable and easy to sit back and actually enjoy the day at your desk. The side arms are adjustable if you like the feel of resting your arms or prefer some extra space on some days. Especially if your fur baby decides to sit next to you for the day. Assembly was straight forward and effortless. A real deal for the quality, comfort, as well as the overall appearance of the chair. Do yourself a favor and purchase. You deserve alittle comfort!

Purchased this chair a few weeks ago, and it is very comfortable but not perfect. Firstly, the image in the description that shows the reclining angles is deceptive as the "90" degree image is already reclined. So it does recline but not nearly as far back as the image shows (basically the "110" degree position in the photo is as far back as it goes). The arm rests are too low and angled outwards even in their highest position to function as actual arm rests. The pockets on the side are a nice addition. The worst thing about the chair is the non-removable pillow. When the chair is at 90 degrees it's not too bad, but when reclining the pillow is at the crown of my head, so I need to put additional cushioning below the pillow to not break my neck. The manufacturer should absolutely remove the pillow altogether or make it removable. All that being said, it's a very comfortable chair and seems pretty solid construction wise so far, and was pretty easy to put together. The cushioning is fantastic and it feels good to sit in for a long time.

Good quality, but unfortunately not suitable for long working hours. This would make an excellent lounge chair instead of a work chair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been in the market for a supportive desk chair that can not only survive a grueling work-from-home day filled with Zoom calls and computer work, but that I don't have to get up from constantly to perform various yoga poses to counteract the effects of an uncomfortable chair. I believe I have found it. This Ergonomic beast of a chair offers great support, it's comfortable and has a lot of adjustable settings, and even has pockets. That's right, pockets. The arms and upper back have essentially pillows for a lux feeling and there's plenty of room to stretch out, lean back and to enjoy yourself. The velvet material is a little on the shiny side, where a matte texture might have been preferable. And the chair itself is large. It takes up a lot of space and if you're in a more compact room it might seem overwhelming. Overall, I'm thrilled with the features and benefits I've experienced with this executive desk chair and will be using it in my home office for the foreseeable future.

The chair came with a huge grey stain on the armrest. It’s so big and heavy that returns are a huge hassle. Wish there was an option for a partial refund.

The chair arrived quickly and though the box was banged up, the parts inside were present, well made, and easy enough to assemble solo. I'm enjoying this home office chair upgrade a great deal and am glad it was on sale. I'm 5'6" and can comfortably sit criss-cross and lounge when the back is partially reclined. The recline angle can be locked in so it feels sturdy and secure.

Love this chair, it's soft comfortable and makes long work days easier. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because it leans back alittle too easy so you don't get very much back support.

Easy assembly and so plush! While I like majority of this chair, when I sit down it sometimes feels like the base of the seat is smaller than it looks. The arms do adjust but you you have to click them all the way down to adjust them no matter what and its not quiet. The back moves a little too freely but the area i have it set up in is compact and it rests on a bookshelf. But, as my new office chair its comfortable as long as I get comfy before I work. It allows me to sit cross legged and adjust my legs as needed. I recommend it but not at full price, I got this chair at 51% off.
