I called the company whom made the product they were super helpful, and responded back within 24hrs to give me a solution. The company decided to send me a new product box so I could acquire the glass for my furniture piece. I LOVE this furniture piece! It works so perfect to our dining room a cozier feel. The heat that comes from the product is exceptional and has helped keep the room warmer during the cooler days. I am so happy to have this addition to my home. The heating element plus the glass piece are of great quality . However, the wooden structure is very thin and made of particle board. The product states it’s for media products but I find a large tv would put a lot of weight on the furniture. Also, the heat from the furniture made me rethink using it for electronics. Love this product and the furniture company Bestier, that resolved my problem quickly.

The stand takes a couple hours to fully install as there are many parts, however, the instructions are very straightforward and easy to follow. There is also plenty of storage space as well as a perfectly sized compartment for gaming consoles. It is made of good quality wood that is sturdy and firm which makes for a seamless assembly process.

We are is going to see if he can fix it so we can finish it. Otherwise it was actually pretty easy to put together. Everything was labeled really good and came with the tools and hardware for assemble.

Even with the heat and light elements it was easy enough to put together on my own. It is very sturdy and I have now worries about it holding up my large tv. The fan in the heating element is a little noisy but that is to be expected. I liked that it has multiple time and temperature settings to choose from and many options for the LED lights as well. The carbon fiber looking top makes this seem modern and the whole unit is easy to clean. If you are looking for a versatile LED fireplace this is a great budget friendly choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this Bestier Benigno Fireplace TV Stand arrived in a smaller than expected box. For a 70” length console, I knew there would be a lot of pieces to put together. Thankfully, my husband did the building. He said that it wasn’t difficult following the instructions, but definitely took more time than he would have preferred and made sure to make me aware of that several times. The material is neither high quality nor very durable, but is a nice, neutral color for our home. There is both an open and closed cabinet on each end of the console for storage. The fire feature is a nice design and what really makes this piece. You plug right into the wall and there is a convenient remote included with just about any setting you desire. The fireplace is quiet, which is important since you would not want the sound to distract from the tv. I like the color changing option as well. We decided that this fireplace console will go in our game room to add some ambiance to the space.

There are a variety of different fire colors.You can pick and you could set the temperature to up to ninety nine degrees, which is awesome for winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall when buying furniture you really get what you pay for. While this piece certainly does the trick, it sort of leaves some things to be desired. Of course, to start, you have to build on your own, lots of pieces, lots of tools, but it really comes with everything you need to build it. One step actually asks toy to put on gloves, but they were hidden away in the plug bag so I didn’t see them until it was too late! The stand definitely took a while to build but I did it on my own and the directions were easy enough to follow. One or two steps of the build were frustrating in that the screw holes were not fully pre screwed so I had to really drive in the screwdriver to get it in. Also when fitting the door on it was sort of tough to balance the door and screw it in at the same time. At first I actually didn’t even notice the small numbers on each piece but they are all clearly labeled to easy to find what part you need. On to the design, I wasn’t sure about black but the marble is sort of cool looking (although a friend thought it was just scratched!!) nice to match our tv. But on the whole the tv stand sort of looks lopsided, I really really wish the right side also featured a door. The empty square looks really unfinished. Both sides could also maybe use a shelf? Or at least an optional shelf. I thought the fireplace may be harder to install but it was also pretty easy! The look is fair, any flame is fun it watch but it does look a bit fake and the colors sort of too bright to look real? The remote feature is nice to have! The size is fine but would have liked a tiny bit bigger maybe for storage!

It does take some time to put together but patience you get a great end result! Shelves light up to display trinkets. It puts out heat! And the remote you can change the flame colors! It’s beautiful!!!!
