The stand itself is nice enough, but the insert is terrible. The flame looks so cheap and looks nothing like the picture at all. The extremely bright LED rocks in the bottom obscure the flames and take away from any provided warmth.

This tv stand has been a nice addition to my den. It took my experienced handyman about 4 hours to put together so I would not recommend a novice for this process. I purchased this item primarily for the heat provided by the fireplace. At this point, it has worked well. However due to the inexpensive price, the fireplace is not visually appealing. The crystals glow bright and give a "fake" appearance. Still, the actual flame looks nice and can be adjusted in several ways. Overall, for the pric this product meets my needs.

Decent furniture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, set aside an entire day to assemble this furniture. My wife and I have a solid 8 hours into this. And it’s difficult to put together. The instructions are difficult to read at times. Multiple times during assembly we had to go back as we figured out that we had put pieces on backwards or upside down. The front doors are a nightmare to put on. The hinges are not attached to the door. You get a little white foam piece and a piece of plastic and you have to slide the door with all of that into the hinge. There has to be a better design for that. The heat does work really well and gets toasty very quickly. The led lights are fun and they are very bright. All in all, I would not recommend this product.

It seems like it will last a good amount of time building. It did take a while but well worth it I think it looks great

We’re freezing in this house. I ordered this to be here by Tuesday. It’s now changed to Thursday. I don’t even know if I’ll get it before the snow hits. You guys suck in your delivery system. Next time I will spend my money with some other company. I will never use target again.

The best!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a awesome stand. It has so many features. LED light strips, with controller. And a built in heater, with controller as well. My son has been having so much fun with the different combinations and colors. It really beings a nice ambiance to the room and brightens it up. It took some time to build, but the instructions were very clear & easy to follow. It also comes with everything you need to put it together including tools. All together it’s around 100 pounds and very sturdy. We love it and will use it all the time!

Order automatically cancels for no reason!!!!
I’ve order this tv stand 3 times!!!! And every time there’s been a different issue and the order just gets automatically canceled. I’ve called and spoken to a couple representatives who’ve assured me the order gos through as well as payment yet nothing! Good luck to anyone else trying to order this item. I hope you don’t waste too much time like I did!!!!!

Impressive fireplace
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely thrilled with this entertainment center. The fireplace puts out so much heat that we have been able to use it vs the gas furnace in our home. Our home is 2 story and one of them is a finished basement with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and livingroom. Our MB and spare bedroom are down there and its always freezing. This fireplace has made a massive improvement to the temperature of the whole house. Its beautiful and works perfectly. Great buy.

I never got the actual TV stand. The package arrives in two shipments; I received the fireplace unit and have not been able to get a replacement, as its shipped via a 3rd party Target partner. It's been about a month now, and the package hasn't moved in 3 weeks. Have called multiple times to resolve this, yet there's been no resolution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bestier Freestanding Media Console is amazing! It arrived in two separate boxes very well packaged, everything arrived in great condition. All the materials needed were very well organized with labeling of it all. It was pretty straightforward instructions and easy to understand. It took a couple hours to put together. It is pretty good size too. The heating on the fireplace works great and quite easy to use. It is a bit heavy but I prefer this as it feels good and sturdy. Great quality, definitely recommend!

However it wasn’t a quick assembly it did take a bit to put together but was worth it in the end. My husband surprised me when I got off work that he had this all put together and it just made a huge difference to our space.
