The individual packaging is pretty convenient and prevents them from getting stuck together which a problem I've had with other brands. My only con was that they taste a little like dirt and the tamarind flavor isn't great.

These gummies are from the Best Naturals brand which I honestly had not heard about but now I’m invested! These gummies are made with Ashwagandha, Black Musli, and Gokshura! These are key ingredients for optimal health! The container comes with 60 gummies which is a 30 day supply. With two gummies a day is enough to replenish your energy alone. They have a jam like taste to them but at least it’s not a medicine taste. Packaging wise it seemed like a bit of a waste. In my point of view if the serving size is 2 gummies then the two gummies could of been in the same package to be less wasteful. That’s just a minimal observation but an opinion on the less. These gummies do not contain any artificial colors which I appreciate! They are also Non-GMO and gluten free. Overall I think these are great. The main difference I’ve seen while taking these is my level of energy has increased and my quality of sleep is better! I can tell I rest better and I’m more energetic in the mornings. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to taste and packaging.

I like the packaging they come in (a large tube) and they taste fine. Not really sure of its efficacy yet since I've only received a month's supply through Influenster, but it does seem to be having a little bit of an effect. I feel a little more energetic after.
