The tablets were a bit hard to swallow because they have a powdery exterior and are large, and they also smelled like a strong chemical. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from Influenster and Best Naturals for my honest opinion. I have severe leg cramps, mostly at night. I take Magnesium Glycinate for this. I chose this because it said in the description that it helps with this. However, upon my research, there is no conclusive evidence that it does help with leg or muscle cramps. So, I felt duped. But, giving it a try anyway. So far, so good. A week and no leg cramps! It also helps with acid reflux aka heartburn, so that's a plus. The only cons so far are it's also used as a laxative, so I have been dealing with a bit of diarrhea. Not every time, but I have noticed it. I'm not sick and my research says this is the culprit. The other con is it stinks. The bottle smells bad. I don't know if it's the sanitation of the bottle or what, but it smells strongly of rubbing alcohol or something close to it. They don't really have a taste. All in all, I am happy so far with the results for the most part. I would recommend this product.
