If the dosages are correct this should provide more than your daily need for energizing b-vitamins, but I don’t really see much improvement to energy levels overall when taking this. Considering many of the values are over 100% (thankfully for the soluble ones) it seems you’ll just urinate them out instead of use them so make sure you drink plenty of water so you don’t overwork your kidneys. Otherwise this should give you all the essentials minus a few (calcium, magnesium) are at 100% or more of your daily value. Does also contain a minimal amount of omega 3,6,9 fatty acids and a “digestive blend” with some probiotics. Overall, not bad but not great, just a little overkill on some of the b vitamin percentages. Not really sure what the herbal blend is meant to to. Would probably opt for the brand I normally go for which is certified organic, which this is not.
