Poor quality
Nice idea but poorly made for the price. Cheap metal box with a dent on one side. Very light weight and can’t comprehend how, even filled with soil for flowers, will hold an umbrella steady. Going to try to make it work but I’m not too hopeful at this moment. The welding was a very shoddy job as well. I expected better quality.

I bought this to hold an outdoor umbrella, however, like other reviews mentioned the pre drilled holes for bolt did not line up so we could not assemble it. Had to return unfortunately.

rusty piece of gargage, do not buy!
This entire thing rusted in one season, every metal component rusted almost immediately, left rust stains on my deck. This cannot be left outside, which completely obviates the purpose. Great design, horrible cheap materials.

Perfect for our dock!
We live on a waterfront lot and have a dock. We have not had much luck with other umbrella holders. We tried this one and it holds the umbrella upright without issue. The ability to move it as the sun wanes is easier with the wheels. We love the quality and have since purchased two more for around our pool and two MORE for gifts.

Sturdy and the wheels are handy!
We use with a 10' x 6.5' market umbrella and weigh it down with pavers. We remove some of the pavers to lighten the load when we need to roll the base around the deck. Happy with our purchase.

Very nice stand. Have 11' umbrella ant it's very sturdy and heavy enough once it's used as a planter. Only thing that would be nice is a handle for moving around and a longer receiver for the umbrella post.

The concept of these is brilliant! I love that they have wheels for easy movement when weighted down with rocks, dirt, etc. The only construction was to attach the center post to the base with four screws. I ordered two for the two umbrellas I had also ordered. One came with everything needed, but the second one did not come with the hardware kit. I emailed the company and got a response almost immediately, and that was on a Sunday evening--unheard of! It said that they didn't have any extra hardware, but that they would refund me 20% to cover the cost of what I needed. I thought that that was more than fair. I was also given the choice to return it. The unit itself is very sturdy, I am pleased with my purchase, and am looking forward to seeing them planted .

I needed something attractive and heavy to keep my umbrella grounded. This is a great solution. I put River rock, then tiny rocks then dirt. Super heavy - next we add flowers then mulch. I’m pleased.
