Best Choice Products Outdoor Garden Wooden Potting Bench Station w/ Metal Table Top, Pre-Stained Finish, Cabinet - Brown

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the wood is very poor, the instructions for assembly were poor and overall I was very disappointed as it was a birthday gift for my wife. I had to reinforce parts of it because of its instability.

This was falling apart before we actually got it together. It has only been one year and the door has fallen off, the front edge has fallen off and the back has cracked. I really liked being able to do my planting on it but at this point it is not salvageable.

This item is made of scrap palette wood. I had to sand like crazy as well as drill holes where they forgot to add holes and then I has to stain. Target should open up this item and see what they are selling. I also got a few planks with nails sticking out of them. ( see photos)

We usually have no issues with GCP items, but this was a miss. I kept it didn't want to deal with the hassle to send it back. The "wood" is ad quality, many pieces wafer thin. There are no holes predrilled, it's just a mess. We ended up painting it with two coats of outdoor paint and a protective finish, otherwise zi count it would last long outdoors.

i cant upload pictures but whomever produced this item doesn't know what they're doing. there were no predrilled holes in most of the peices. There were 2 of part B and no part A. the wood is thin and soft. Two pieces to the table top were pulled out of the bottom so we drilled them back in. we had to take shortcuts to assemble this. Some of the peices weren't even so the bottom corner isn't screwed together the whole way bc the floorboard is longer then the frame. very upsetting. horrible manufacturing

This bench is really cute and sturdy once you have finished building it. My son and I had to drill all our own holes as the one's that were done by the manufacturer did not meet up and mainly because there weren't any holes drilled at all on 3/4 of the bench. This made the building time much longer. We decided it was better to build it then send it back because it would have been a pain to have to mail it back. Once we completed building the bench we were and are pretty happy with the potter's bench. We sprayed the inside of the cabinet with flex seal in order to seal it since my son is going to use this potter's bench to do his art outside and he's storing spray paint cans and other supplies in the cabinet. I'd recommend this bench to someone that has the tools and know-how to build it but not a family member or friend. I must admit, we're not pros and if you have the tools you can build it. I also think making our own holes actually made the bench sturdier.

First off we bought this item only to have pieces missing so then we got a new one and set it up. It didnt last. The metal rotted immediately. i live in California. You would think metal would last outdoors but it did not!! i was so bummed about the quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cheap and you definitely need two people to assemble properly - even then it doesn’t line up right and wobbles. Instructions are not that clear as to the direction of each part. Overall super disappointed.

Difficult to assemble. Placement of parts is not marked on all pieces and instructions do not specify. Some parts do not match instructions (e.g. door latch, hinges). Wood is very soft and easy to damage. Otherwise, I like the style, the drawer, and the cabinet space. The shelves and hooks are nice, too. No telling at this point if it will last.

The item appeared cute and I thought it would fit my needs. Also the price was good. Well the old saying you get what you pay for is VERY accurate. The wood is very cheep and none of the holes were lined up correctly. Also the wood was splitting on some pieces. I didn’t realize this until after I started staining it. My mistake. I should have inspected each piece before hand and then I would sent it back. Overall I would not buy it again if I knew then what I know now. It really looked and like there was little to no quality control and it’s disappointing.

I never give bad reviews but this product needs to pulled from the inventory until the issues are resolved. I am attaching pictures of what arrived in our box. Broken, split, pulled from the tap nails.

Pretty good bench. I’m using it as a spice rack outside by the grill. Took a bit to put together but I figured it out.

I texted an indepth review of the table a few days ago. Obviously you don't really read or respond to them. In short, the one drawer comes without side rails to hold it up. The one cabinet, which has a latch to keep it from blowing open, doesn't even have a side on it. It's wide open all the time. There are many smaller flaws I won't go into. I still would like to see a response.
