    Would it have killed you to describe what the various settings do?!(M1, M2 & M3). I can’t discern any difference between them. Also, your help website is dead. If it weren’t so (purposely?) difficult to do I’d return it.

    I wouldn’t give it a bad rating. But the remote doesn’t communicate all the time. I put a new battery in it it. Still doesn’t respond well.

    Great Product

    I use it almost every evening.. if your feet are cold the heat setting will NOT warm them up however there are three functions and they are wonderful. Personally, I like 2 and 3 the best.

    Has problems

    Bought for Christmas, and it was just really opened or used until the past couple of weeks. We got *maybe* 5-6 “massage sessions” out of it before it had some sort of short in it. It will only turn on for a quick second and then turn back off. Super disappointed!! When it did work, it was nice and I would have recommended it to others. However it should have lasted more than 5-6 times of use.

    Disappointed in massager

    No heat and not enough cushion was very hard on feet. It was like walking on rocks. Very sad I have to return. I'm 8 months pregnant and needed some good massaging on my feet.

    Received it yesterday impressed by the way it was packed so well.. Took me awhile to unpack since I can’t bend so easily or for a long time.. However, I set it up in my living room and tried it out today, it put a lot of painful pressure on my feet but after 10 minutes I got used to it, then I tried it on my lower legs and could only use it on my right leg when I tried it on my left leg at the same time it was way too painful so I had to take my left leg out of the sleeve.. Can’t get the remote to work and there are no instructions that I could find to troubleshoot it.. I’ll try it again tomorrow since I would like to keep it but if I can’t use it on my lower legs too then I will have to return it..
