Not a long term product

Chair has rarely been used over the last year. Heat and massage work but the recliner/lift no longer works. There was no warning, it just stopped and is now just a chair. Chair is definitely designed for a woman or smaller man. Also needs to be at least 4 foot from wall to recline properly.

Exactly what he needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of us chipped in and got this chair for my dad for Fathers Day. He absolutely loves it! He is going to be having surgery involving bone fusing in his neck and will be in recovery mode for about 6 weeks. This will be fantastic for helping him get up and down without straining his neck and body after surgery, thus making his recovery a lot easier. He absolutely loves this function! An added bonus is the heat/massage areas in the legs, as I feel like it could help prevent clots that sometimes occur from inactivity after a surgery, by keeping the blood flowing. We all feel so much better that he has this chair. The color and material are also nice making it look like like the high quality chair that it is! Thank you!

Great chair! Kit is electric and has a charging port for your phone. The motor is silent when it operates. The heat function is so good for my back. I definitely recommend this product.

He has problems w/his lower back & knee's. The Lift Chair at BCP delivered his chair within 3 Days. My Son put it together within 20-25 min top's! The Price @BCP was the cheapest anyplace we'd looked. We have No Regrets! We would Definitely Recommend this Chair to Anyone that would ask!

The material is very nice and seems durable. The best thing about this whole experience was customer service. the first recliner I got had been damaged in transit but BCP very quickly replaced it.
