Simple setup, great features. Flashlight on remote is genius.

Purchased this adjustable bed in march 2026. It was great for 4 months. Now in July it has totally stopped working and cannot get any info on fixing it. Very poor customer service

This bed base fit perfect in my queen size bedframe. Bed base has lots of features. Best price for a bed base compared to others.

The legs are ridiculously high. I have a thick mattress. I bought 4" legs. Now Im buying 6". This was a pain to deal with

Worked great for the first 3 months. However, the actuator (not the power supply) no longer provides power to the various components of the bed. Since the bed is now older than 3 months the warranty is over. USB ports dont need to have a light source it is annoying at night. USB ports should be on both sides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rated the adjustable bed with 3 stars because when assembling it we discovered that one of the holes for the legs was made wrong. The leg was very difficult to screw into the hole. When it was all the way the ridges got stripped some and so it's not tight like the others. But since we won't be moving it around and the weight of the bed is on all the legs, it should be okay. The other reason I rated it 3 stars is because you can only use massage in the flat position. What's with that?! I can't lay flat - why I got the adjustable bed. I didn't see anything that stated massage could only be used when flat. If I had, I would have kept looking. I'd say the description didn't include enough detail about the massage feature. We managed to figure out everything in the instructions but they weren't totally clear. The night lights are a good feature since, when I go to bed, my hubby is already asleep and I don't turn on the room lights. Now I can walk to my side of the bed without stubbing a toe or tripping on something. The foot and head adjustability is good, though it would be better if the foot end could go a little higher. The sale price was good and with my mattress it is quite comfortable. The motors for adjusting the foot and head are pretty quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bed base especially for the price. It was easy to put together although we had to open it downstairs because it was so heavy works great. Just make sure to have someone sitting on the bed when you raise and lower it otherwise it buckles in the middle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Should of done this a long time ago, works better than anticipated, all the functions work as advertised, head, foot and massage... with a night ligh underneath and two USB ports. Once i got it out of the box.. it tokk about 7mins to have turned over and working. Fabulous base...im blown away how good it is...

We got this adjustable bed in the split king. Having the beds in the form of two twin-XL frames made setup so much easier than a full size one we assembled for a relative. The twin frames are still manageable for flipping the frame over one the legs are screwed in. We use memory foam mattresses from Zinus. The remote control has the controls laid out in a logical order. We like the underbed illumination since our dog is elderly and her sight isn't good; with the light on under the bed, she can see her steps and isn't afraid to step down off the bed. The motors have worked flawlessly. The "massage" is kind of a joke, though some might like it. We just wanted wireless remotes and the ability to charge our phones at night and this ticked off both the boxes. My husband weighs 400 lbs and the bed is rock solid for him. We're very pleased with this bed frame and recommend it to many people!

Absolutely the best bed I have bought now I can get out of my bed easily. The wife can also get out of bed with ease.

Also, I have a Tempur-pedic Queen mattress, that I wanted to keep. After lots of searching I found THE ONE, good price, good reviews, perfect size and I could use my mattress. Easy to assemble (although pretty heavy for one person because of the three motors head/legs/massage). The variety of features are great, I specially enjoy the preset options. The base is sturdy, good quality textile cover and comes with 6 legs which makes it stable. The style is simple, which give ease to designing the room. I figured that having this kind of bed it will be very useful as I aged. I really recommend this product.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I purchased SIT & SLEEP adjustable base bed at triple the cost and was a BAD INVESTMENT!! Never lasted even with warranty which was weeks to get help. LOVE THIS ITEM!!

I have a split King and it is just me. Bad failed after ; months of use.

absolutely no warranty at all most adjustable beds come with a 10 or 15 or 20 year their warranty is a return policy only for 60 days and that's it you're done. The motors are shot in a year you're done led lights go out done massage goes out in a 1 or 2 done no warrenty at all why would you buy this junk there are others that have the very same fetures for less money with10 year or life time warranty i called these guys they said there warranty is a return warranty for 60 days that is it stay far away you have beedn warned.

I cannot tell you how much I love my adjustable bed frame. It was easy to assemble and is so comfortable. I regret not having bought it sooner. It is truly a gamechanger.

This bed base is very nice and comfortable, the massage is not to strong but work prefect for me I recommend this base.

jUST ORDERED IT ON WED. IT CAME SATURDAY IT WAS HEAVY IT JUST OPENS UP AND SCREW THE LEGS ON. nICE LOVE IT. IT DOES TAKE TWO PEOPLE TO HANDLE THIS UNIT. iM SATISFIED
