We have used this for sleeping and for lounging and have enjoyed it. It’s not the most supportive to be used as a regular mattress but it’s great for a night or two and I love how it can be used in different ways. We’ve primarily used it in our living room as extra seating. However we recently washed the cover for the first time and it was very difficult to put back on. My husband and I did it together and several of the zippers broke. It’s so disappointing because without the cover, we basically can’t use the mattress. We have a sheet over it now but I’m not sure how we’ll be able to travel with it now. If the zippers were higher quality and the cover easier to put back on, I would give this 5 stars.

I really dislike the cover thats why I gave it a 2 rating. The cover should be soft to sit or lay on. It is mesh fabric. I didn't notice that in the description. You will need to put a cover over it or it will feel scratchy on your skin. This came with a carrying case and it has handles on the mattress. It is 4" in depth. Had a smell at first but went away.

Comfortable for occasional sleeping. We used this on a camping trip and slept 10X’s better than we did when we used an air mattress. Highly recommend for hosting visitors as well. Cover is washable which is a plus. The only thing is its size, it is quite bulky when not in use. We did have to put a row down on our suv in order for it to fit. So most ideally for a pickup or cargo van if using for traveling purposes.
