    Safely seats Karen Carpenter

    Very disappointed with the quality of chairs. A robust woman sat on the chair and it crumbled. It may be able to accommodate Karen Carpenter, but not overweight people. Thank God I have an liability insurance umbrella policy.

    Definitely not again.

    Definitely will never purchase anything from this company again. If you want to make somebody mad off, then buy this thing for them. They will be ticked off at you before they even start putting it together. There was so much bubble wrap on the cheap product, it was frustrating trying to unravel it. Then trying to put this darn thing together was 10 times more frustrating.

    Didn't Last Long!!!

    hi, the quality is ok for the price you pay. It was for my mom's balcony. I personally thought it looked cheap but my mom was happy with it. (She purchased it). However, within a year, the chair backs started to break on the edges...which obviously, we could then not use them. Ultimately, we had to throw them out...quite disappointing....I would have thought it lasted longer... :/

    Bad customer service from BCP

    The panels for the B and C sides are not aligned between chairs. One of them will have issues depending on which is the wrong panel. Pictures olare of panel B against B and C against C. When I contacted BCG to get a replacement they said to return and order another one. Bad customer service on their part combined with the initial purchase being so off means I will buy a different set from a different manufacturer. I should know by now that I get what I pay for.
