Working very well on induction

Thick bottom

The inside of the pan is marked with measurement indicators for easy use. The bottom of the pan is impressively thick. This unique belly shape allows for better movement of liquids and heat distribution, making a noticeable difference in cooking results.

Replaced my non-stick

Has to be this big to make Rice Krispy treats. If soaked in hot water, cleans up very easily from sticky marshmallows. Good even heating, no burn spots over the gas burner fire. The inside discolors a bit after use, but outside stays shiny. Handles stay cool enough to use without hot pads. To get 18/10 Stainless Steel (which does NOT rust) has gotten VERY expensive. This brand is a good value at the price. And I love the curved shape. 😁
