The Bentgo Kids Prints Lunch Bag is extremely well made and thoughtfully designed. It’s the perfect size and shape for the Bentgo Kids Stainless Steel Lunch Box — the fit is excellent and makes packing lunches easy. It’s durable, holds up to daily use, and functions exactly as it should. Our only drawback is the design. As kids get older, the playful prints aren’t very teen-friendly, especially for boys. We really wish Bentgo offered this same exact bag in sleek, solid, more mature colors. The design works perfectly — it just needs an older-kid refresh.

Needs a clear pocket for a kids name label
It's a pretty decent bag that can hold both the smaller plastic Bentgo lunch boxes and also the larger metal ones. There's an inside mesh zipper pocket for a thin ice pack and the bag seems insulated. My only complaint is that it would be nice if it had a clear plastic pocket where you could slip a business card sized card with your kids name on it. Tape just doesn't seem to stick to the fabric so we end up writing the child's name on it with a permanent marker which isn't great when you want to hand it down to someone else later.

Kids are happy
This is perfect fit for Bentgo lunchbox. My kids love the color/pattern options. We have the stainless lunchboxes which have a flatter profile so can fit their snack in this bag too which is nice. With the standard bentgo box you cannot fit extras.

Jammed zipper on brand new bag
Cute bag! My dino-nut 6 year old was thrilled with the design. Construction seems solid. The insulation seems to be decent. However, it's only the 5th day of school and the zipper jammed on the fabric trim inside the lunchbox and he couldn't get his food out. The lunch helpers at school couldn't get it open either. I was able to get it unjammed at home (after a lot of struggling), but it ripped a hole in the trim. Now it's going to be even more likely to get caught again.

Adorable school lunch boxes!
I purchased this lunch box in silver and pink for my girls who are 5 and 7 for school. They are well made and big enough to fit everything they need but also a good size for them to carry. Usually I get simple modern or pottery barn but they are always missing an aspect! This lunch box has it all that my girls need- water bottle holder, shoulder strap, smaller strap and hooks for their cute key chains! Perfect lunch box, I am excited to have found it!
