Great Lunch Ice Pack
My husband, our two sons, and I all use these ice packs regularly, I think we have about 12 total. We love that they are thin and fit so easily in any lunch box. We typically put one on the top and one on the bottom. These will definitely keep your meal cold until lunch time, but are not all-day ice packs, so I wouldn't recommend them if you are trying to go more than 4-5 hours. They are also great for sports, we always throw a couple in a cooler in case of injuries at any practice or game and they have come in handy more than once!

Chill life span about 2-3 hours.
Nicely constructed and they fit inside the lunch box perfectly but they gave a chill life span of about 2-3 hours…

Bigger Than Stated
Bought these specifically because they were 0.3 inches thick but they're more than twice that—they're over 0.6 inches thick, and won't fit where I needed them.

Slim but strong
The slim size doesn't take away from the cooling power of these little bad boys. I usually use 2 inside my Bentgo lunch bags and never have to worry about refrigeration.
