I love how easy they are to pour, shake and drink, it does have a little taste to it but I personally use it on shakes, or flavor drinks so I can’t taste it. I did noticed a difference after starting to used them on my kids, overall this product works well.

Good source of fiber and probiitics!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These stick packs are great for on-the-go for getting your daily fiber and great for occasional constipation relief. It is mostly tasteless and odorless, my only issue was with dissolving. I was left with some clumps at the bottom of my glass regardless of thorough stirring. Not a deal breaker though. Still recommend.
