Chair is ok. Delivery terrible. FedEx delivered on sidewalk not my porch. Had to call someone for help to lift into the house!!! I called Target Customer Service and they could have cared less. Took my 3 times to explain the problem. Language barrier with two different reps. One offered m $5.00 for the inconvenience. I told them to come a take it back. Said I would have to call FedEx and arrange with them to pick it up. They couldn’t tell me where to call. Horrible customer service experience. Thought I would give Target furniture a chance and after this experience never again.

Poorly Constructed
This not only arrived with a broken seat where the springs are located (thank goodness I looked!) but it was missing all the parts required for assembly. It looked like the seat was healed together with staples and they were too shallow or not strong enough to hold the springs into place. Immediately returned. This is really questionable quality for the price. Not to mention the box completely fell apart while the Target Team was helping me get it out of my car, the whole experience was a mess.

Lovely Chairs
Bought these after sitting in them at a friend's house. I assembled one chair first which was relatively easy for someone like myself who has no patience. When I went to assemble the second, the holes were not lining up in the final step. I took the chair apart and reassembled which seemed to fix the issue.
