Modified Beets, No Green Leaves
When did the green portion start to be cut off? These beets looked shriveled and old in the plastic bag, but I cooked them as usual. Normally they are tender in 45 minutes. These were still hard after 2 hours. What have you done to them? They are bitter tasting and I ended up tossing them.

New bagged fresh beets are terrible
I bought these 3 times over the past few months in Minneapllis, MN, and they have tasted terrible every time - nothing like a fresh beet but an odd flavor for sure. Maybe they are old by the time they hit the shelves. I am not going to buy these any longer from Target. The fresh beets previously sold before Tsrget switched them were so much tastier when they had the greens not cut off and did not come in a plastic bag from some place in Oregon I think.

Fresh and beautiful beets
Beets are so beautiful in color and these fully displayed the rich gem tone even once cooked in the dish. I liked that they sold them with all the stems and leaves removed. I found these to be very fresh, they were easy to peel and chop. The price is reasonable as well. I received an incentive to write this review.

Could be more fresh- pre-bagged
These boots were pregnant bag by weight and we’re for a fair price. I enjoy beats and like to eat them boiled on salads. At my store none of the bagged beets looked very good from the outside but when I brought them home and cut them up, they weren’t bad. I do wish they were more fresh though. I received an incentive to write this review.

Medium size red beets in a bag
Medium size red beets. These are so healthy but do require a lot of prep. I'm going to steam them, then cut them up and serve them cold with goat cheese. For beets, these are very clean and a really good size. They are also nice and firm so obviously they are fresh

I thought these beets were really good. I had never made fresh beets before but I put them in the air fryer for about 25 minutes and they came out perfect I didn’t have to peel them first I was a little bit worried with how rough they looked on the outside, but they came out perfectly tender.
