Lowered my blood pressure (BP) readings
I've been taking these gummies for the past couple of months. My BP has taken a substantial drop. Most of my readings are now pre-hypertensive and my doctor has been impressed with the progress. With my lower BP readings I feel more energy that's helping my weight loss.

Taste and consistency good
I eat two or three of these a day, everyday. Think they say two but I like them so I eat three. They taste good and have a good consistency , not too mushy. Easy way to get your beets.
