A: Our Propolis Throat Spray is perfect mostly for daily immune support, and can help sooth a sore throat during sicknesses. So while it does provide some support for a dry/itchy mouth or throat, that is not what it has been formulated for.

A: Yes, this can absolutely help with a scratchy throat due to seasonal allergies! For daily immune support, we recommend 4 sprays of our Propolis Throat Spray, 1-2 times per day. You can increase this dose to 4-5 times per day, 4 sprays each time, if you're feeling run down, are under more stress than usual, have a scratchy throat or are around others who are exhibiting cough and/or flu symptoms.

Helping boost my boys’ immunity

So far they have stayed healthy, and I’ve been thankful to have this on hand to give them a boost.

Not sure it worked
I gave it to my four year old for a virus she got around Christmas. Pros:She liked it. It tastes great. Easy to spray. Great ingredients. Cons: I have no idea if it actually works. I feel like it doesn’t. For context I give my four year old zarbees cough syrup, zarbees chest rub, boogies saline micro mist, zarbees saline nasal spray ( and suction), liquid IV especially when she has a fever, room humidifier and albuterol. Sometimes Tylenol if her fever is high and she’s miserable & in pain. And various throat soothing pops Ive found at target that keep her happy during the day and help her ride out whatever virus she has at home. All that stuff has been proven to work as my daughter used to be hospitalized in the ICU a couple years ago for bronchiolitis multiple times during the duration of one year. Thankfully we haven’t had a hospitalization in a couple of years so she seems to have grown out of it. But I’m still always trying to find ways to help her especially for a lingering cough and honestly the fear of her being hospitalized again. I used this product and it just feels like she’s ingesting honey. I don’t think this product is necessary especially if you are using other products like zarbees or even home remedies like tea with honey that can also help soothe their throat. The only cool thing about it is that it’s very compact so this might be good if you’re traveling and just need something to soothe your throat. Might notice a difference if I used it by itself but I love everything else we’ve been using more. But other than that I didn’t notice a difference in viral infection duration and didn’t notice a difference in severity. I won’t buy it again.

I avoided the flu!
