Disappointed in product
I have been using your product for several years now. I have been very pleased. However , the lastshipment was different. It seems the product has changed. It does hold like it used ti; it seems to be thinner; and it now has 14per package, down fom the previous 20. Also, there has been no drop in price.

Up until the last shipment I would have rated with 5 stars. But the left side seams have opened on their own and for whatever reason the pad shifts to the right. Leaks are not being caught.

Your product is excellent!!! My Mom is now a new devoted customer being able to sleep comfortably through the night without having to worry about leaks on her want to the bathroom. Your marketing and customer service however both need improving since the first add I saw demonstrated the superior absorbency of your pricier that sets it apart from your competition but no other add I’ve seen since has communicated that distinction nearly adequately enough. Also your website was non-functional so I had to call your customer service line which was tediously slow. All this having even said, I am so very thankful that I saw the first commercial which lead me to fight the good fight for My Mom who constantly thanks Me for turning Her in to Because. She now gets it from Amazon though in order to avoid the hassle I experienced ordering it from You directly.

Bulky
The Sensitive over night , that I ordered are nicer than the others I had been getting for daily use 24 -7. These are just bulky an don’t fit proper for a short person. If they were lighter I mean not so thick they would be perfect. I think there should be 2 kinds one like these heavy duty an on half that thickness. They do feel better material wise for her. Hope this helps so maybe we can get to that.
