Works for sore muscles

Very nice design! Helps with puffiness and swelling. I also use it for sore muscles after a workout and it works amazing! I would definitely recommend this ice roller.

Quality roller

This is like the mac daddy of ice rollers. It's got some weight to it so you know its quality but not too heavy that it's uncomfortable. The soft touch handle is super nice. Because its metal it stays colder longer. Great ice roller.
