We've had issues with our potty learning toddler spilling from his old potty chair as it is only two parts. I loved that this one had a separate part that is under another part. Love that can be used for years to come. I was surprised that it shipped directly from China as I was under the impression this was a California company but that said, it arrived in perfect condition just took a little longer than I was expecting/Bc Babycare had listed for their shipping time. Another thing I ran into was my card kept getting declined when I tried to purchase so I was worried that it wasn't a real product but rest assured, it arrived and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! :)

Compared to the OXO one, this is way sturdier. The curved backrest is a game-changer. 10/10!
