they weirdly don't use it as much as the other beds?? but when they do they fall asleep pretty easily. I can't give 5 stars because they don't use it as much for some reason lol. it's also firmer than I thought it would be which is great because there's more support in it than I had hoped. I don't like how the bottom has no non-slip protection at all. I didn't think it would matter because it's on carpeting but the bottom material is very slippery so the bed moves a lot, and I have to be careful not to step in it for fear of slipping. it seems to be fairly well made so far.

I love size, my only complaint is that it's slippery and not very safe by adhering to floor, carpet. All others I've bought didn't slip and slide. I stepped into it and almost thre me down. I would like company's name. I threw box away and now more money to send threw ups. Trying to decide what to do☹️

it's.... mehh.
had I not spent so little on it I probably wouldn't be keeping it. it's very lumpy, it the best quality, and my dog still prefers her other older bed. but I have 5 dogs so I'm sure one of them will use it as a "better than nothing" spot. it also didn't come with any kind of tag, which makes me think it may have been previously used and returned.
