Love having a dimmer.
I bought two of these lamps for our master bedroom and they look and work great. The antique brass is subtle, the lampshade is fabric, the swing arm is sturdy, and I love the dimmer switch. I bought the matching 30" cord covers which give them a much cleaner look than having electrical cords dangling down the wall. The only minor drawback is that the dimmer switch is on the same side on both lamps, so it's not as handy for the person on the left side of the bed to reach the switch.
