Nice--but contains Xylitol which is toxic to dogs

Tastes great, so it's fine for humans. But be careful with it if you have dogs around because xylitol poisoning can easily be deadly for them. (I wish that it required more prominent warnings) So it's certainly no good for giving to dogs which is too bad since without the xylitol it would be a fantastic vegan alternative to fish oil for itchy skin.

Great for vegetarians/vegans

I never was able to use Flax seed oil on a regular basis. This is an effective way to get my Omegas and is delicious besides.
