Male barbies are always extea appreciated, especially since they're not given as much attention. Only complaints were that his outfit is too matchy-matchy and can be an eyesore, also limiting play.

His blond hair is fully rooted and has sideburns are cut in around his ears. His mouth is closed and he looks more realistic than the other Barbie The Movie Ken dolls that have the white painted toothy smiles. His pink “B” jumpsuit is well constructed of a denim like fabric and has an actual working zipper and a coordinating fabric belt with a real snap closure. His bright yellow Impala rollerblades have pink wheels that actually roll. His knees and elbows bend so that he can fit into the backseat of Barbie’s convertible! We appreciate that a display stand is included so we can display him with other dolls we’ve collected from the movie.

Getting him out of box was tough and recommend for children 10 and up. But adults might have the same frustration. Highly recommend adding him to your Barbie The Movie collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had so much fun with I'm Coming With You Ken doll from the Barbie Movie. Love the pink jumpsuit. It is well made and has a zipper making dressing easy. The pockets are a great detail. The roller skates are bright colors and match so well. The likeness to Ryan Gosling is amazing. Ken's body has articulation which makes it easy to pose and more lifelike, although it is not a made to move body. This is a great collector or play doll.

The jumper has a working zipper with a working snap belt. Like the other dolls in this series, the resemblance to the actor is spot on. The zipper is not true to the proportions of the doll, but does make it easier to work. Overall the quality is awesome and the look is reminiscent of the movie.

But getting it out of the box is a nightmare.The plastic holder holding the doll in are hard for a child to get out of box.And the plastic pieces holding ken head in place one removed you have sharp plastic in his head that are hard to cut off.

From the puffy sleeves sticking out of his jumpsuit to the colors of his rollerblades, everything is perfect! Any kid (or adult) who loves the Barbie movie will love Ken.
