Q: Hello, I see the measurements of the bandages above... what are the measurements of the gauze part in the middle? For instance, can it cover a two inch wound?
A: Dimensions of clear adhesive part of bandage: 2.5in long by 1in wide tapers to 3/4in rounded square edge Actual Dimensions of bandage pad: 1/2in wide by 1in long (clear edge extends a 1/4in from each side of pad to seal pad from water) Because the clear material on the bandage is thin (but strong) they have pre-applied two parts to remove that give a stiffening to application so that things will go on straight and not crumble or wrinkle. Q: I didn't want to have to be the millionth person to ask the actual size of these band-aids, but I keep seeing this question answered as 20 inches. There is no way each of these are 20 inches long.
