I absolutely love this cup. Unfortunately, my kids soaked it in hot soapy water and the bamboo shell came off. I'll try to glue it back on. Other than that it has been fantastic.

The teabag doesn’t fit in the little basket, and the basket doesn’t go low enough for the bag to steep in the water. The basket handle is difficult to reach. And I don’t like the feel of the rim when I drink the tea. It’s a beautiful bottle but very impractical.
