Directions were simple to follow, easy to put together. Good value for the price. The chairs are very comfortable and love to sit upright. Love the deep rich brown color. Cushions are easily removed and able to change out for seasons. Nice idea of suction cups on table.

These look pretty nice and were easy to assemble. You need to wait to have all screws in place before tightening any of them down.

The product was purchased for the small deck on the front of our house. It is stylish yet sturdy to date, and doesn't overwhelm the space. Since I'm on the short side, I do use a pillow behind my back for comfort and fit, but it fits my husband just fine. We are very happy with our purchase.

This is a very sturdy set of furniture! Once received, one cushion was missing a tie, and weave on the backrests was short...called customer service and they were great to work with. They gathered all of my information and I should get replacements soon. So far, service has been great!

It's a beautiful conversation set, quality is good. However, each part needs to be re-checked to make sure that there isn't the slightest defect. In my case, the balance of one of my chairs is off.

Chairs don’t set flush squarely on the ground. Not user friendly to adjust. Would be better with hex head screws for putting together. These require complete assembly of chairs and tables.

The quality for the price on this set is fantastic! Way better than what you would get at most other retailers for a similar cost. The cushions are fairly flat, but the chairs are already so comfy they honestly don't need too much padding anyway. There were some very minor scratches when we got it, but we only noticed when up close assembling. Didn't even notice them now that the set is together. The worst part was assembly. Where the arms attach to the back of the chair is incredibly difficult to get the screw to bite the thread. One was nearly impossible due to the threaded hole being drilled at an angle. We almost gave up. Took us over two hours to get the whole set together, and most of that time was spent on these 4 holes. If this was fixed it would be 5 stars. Also one of the chairs won't sit with all 4 feet flat on the ground no matter how we try to adjust it. However the issue is fixed by the weight of someone sitting in it so it's not the worst issue.
