Absolutely ridiculous experience with Target customer service. I called to do a simple price adjustment and was told they “can’t do it over the phone” and that I should drive to the store, return the item, and rebuy it instead. So let me get this straight — you’d rather I waste gas, time, and clog up a physical store AND customer service resources over something that could’ve been handled in 2 minutes? Then the kicker: they tell me it’s past the 14-day window… by TWO DAYS. Two. Days. No flexibility, no courtesy, no effort to help — just robotic policy reading and zero accountability. This isn’t customer service, it’s lazy policy enforcement with no regard for customer experience. Big corporations love to talk about “guest satisfaction” until it requires the smallest amount of discretion or logic. I didn’t ask for anything unreasonable. I asked for a basic price adjustment. Instead, I got told to jump through hoops, burn fuel, and still get denied. That tells me everything I need to know about how much Target values its customers. Do better.

I bought this product with the intentions of not having to use both straightner and a wand on my hair. The outer part does get hot enough to use as want. Very disappointing.

The straightener DOES NOT GLIDE SMOOTHLY THROUGH THE HAIR WHEN IT HEATS UP; WHEN YOU DO USE IT, THE STRAIGHTENER STOPS. NOTHING LIKE THE BLUE BABYLISS.

I bought the pink edition. I was only able to use it one time and the next time I used it only one side worked. Very disappointing for price..

I’ve been eyeing this straightener for over a year now and when they released the pink version I was sold. I love that it’s dual voltage for travel and it works perfectly. I can choose to have my hair pin straight or in big beautiful curls. It feels sturdy and not flimsy.
