Mattress is too big for mini crib!!
This mattress does not fit the Babyletto mini cribs!! The company did not account for the thickness of the waterproof cover. After contacting the company about this issue they took almost two weeks to reply and tell me it was “ok”. The mattress has to be shoved down and all the corners are turned up and that is without adding my crib sheet. Would NOT recommend a product that does not fit the crib it was meant for.

Noisy!
I expected so much because this brand is expensive but the mattress is soooo noisy and cheap sounding. Like it’s full of plastic or something. That’s really the only issue we have with it. It’s firm enough. No smell. Haven’t tested the waterproof feature yet but the noise is just ugh.

Absolute garbage! Washed the “washable cover” and put it back on. It didn’t shrink, I’ll give it that but the zipper is garbage and split.

Finally! A FIRM portable crib mattress!
Every portable crib mattress we tried simply wasn't firm enough for an infant. This was the fourth mattress we purchased, and I feel confident that my daughter will be safe on this mattress. It's still only ~3 inches deep, but it feels like a REAL crib mattress. It is two-sided, with a softer side (which frankly seems pointless, because by the time the kid is old enough to be able to sleep on the softer side of the mattress, they will have probably outgrown the minicrib entirely...).

Too firm
For this price I was expecting like a memory foam mattress quality, this mattress is very hard, I don't think my baby would of enjoyed sleeping on it, since he enjoys my memory foam mattress. I returned it cause it was way too hard...

Sulfer like smell
The fact that this mattress is made with "non-toxic" foam and other materials is great, price not too bad for that....however there was a HORRIBLE sulfer-like smell in the pad and waterproof cover. I have washed cover three times and it still smells horribly. The cover also ripped on one side after first wash, and instructions were followed. Luckily was able to just air out the pad in the sun for a day and there is no smell now, but Im stuck ordering a naturepedic waterproof pad to be sure baby does't leak and ruin mattress.

Non-toxic?
I just received the mattress and assembled my sons mini crib. I spent more money on a new mattress that was thicker and firmer than the original mattress the crib came with. I spend money and time looking for a safer option for my baby and was drawn to the claims that this mattress and cover were non toxic and organic. The mattress itself seems nice, but unfortunately, the mattress cover that is organic cotton and waterproof STINKS! It smells so awful and full of chemicals I had to take it off the mattress. I can't imagine my son sleeping on that smell all night. I'm going to also contact the company to let them know.

Like someone else mentioned, I bought the Davinci mini crib mattress first for my Davinci mini crib, but I realized it was really soft which is not the recommendation for infants. So I ordered this one and it fits perfect and its firm and seems good quality.

Wonderful but cover ripped in wash
The mattress is nice and firm and the cotton cover is very soft. It fits the Dream on Me Aden mini crib perfectly. However, the only downside is that when I machine-washed the cover for the first time, the water-proof backing ripped from the seams a good foot or so and it shrank slightly too. Due to the shrinkage, part of the mattress is a bit squeezed (less than 3" thick there).

Perfect Fit
This is perfect for our Babyletto Origami Mini Crib. It fits great, is a nice thickness, and the outer cover is really soft. The only complaint I have is that the removable cover says not to remove or machine wash it, yet it is impossible to clean otherwise.

Better than most mini crib matresses
I liked the feel of the mattress cover and am glad the back side has a plastic covering that does not allow for any accidents to leak through the mattress core. However, the cover may get stained with accidents so I'll probably buy a liner to place underneath the fitted sheet. Also, the mattress is not even over 5 inches. It's closer to 3 inches when I measured it.

Love the mini crib mattress
I initially ordered the popular Davinci mattress that everyone with a mini crib seems to get. I was a little put off that it shipped in just a plastic bag. I was even more put off by the warning label. Then I noticed the mattress wasn't even that firm. This led me to research a more organic solution. So far my baby seems to love this mattress. It's soft but still firm enough. Paying just a little bit more was definitely worth it.
