Q: My Sea Dreams Soother has stopped its movement function out of nowhere and for no reason! The music still plays but the characters won't move anymore. It was our favorite part of the toy/product! How can we get fixed/replaced?

Q: Characters starting to make squeaking noises. We have changed out batteries numerous times and the horrible would sounds won't stop. It sounds like the characters need to be oiled or lubed up in order for the noise to stop. Is there a way to fix this??

Stuck on track
Just makes an awful gassy stuck noise when the attachments move on the track and I just got it brand new for Christmas for my little one. Really unfortunate because she loves it but that noise is god awful and scared my dogs

Excellent Product - Read the Instructions!
I cannot believe how irresponsible some of these reviewers are. Reading is fundamental. There is a printed piece on the back of the actual product when you open the package that states explicitly in large print that you have to replace the batteries before use. The ones that come with it are only to show you the product works. They are not meant for long term use. Our son loves this thing. Our first one lasted 2 years. Only reason it broke is because he picked it up and accidentally dropped it causing the music mechanism to break. Just bought a new one and it’s as perfect as our first one. We used it for tummy time initially, but the sound is soothing to him even now at almost 2 years old.

However, when opening the box, there was a little card that stated: replace the "try me" batteries with regular c batteries before use.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT buy this. We’ve had it less than a year and the batteries exploded! We used to have it hung in our babies crib and I’m SO glad we took it out a few months ago. The batteries leaked all over all the toys in our toy bin and the entire toy destroyed. So unsafe!
