A: The Baby Brezza Bottle & Breastmilk Warmer has two different warming settings: Quick Warm, which uses steam to heat bottles and food jars quickly, and Steady Warm, which uses a warm water bath that's safe for breastmilk. The final temperature of the liquid depends on which setting you use and how long it's warmed. However, we never recommend feeding a baby anything that exceeds 103°F, as overheating can degrade nutrients, especially in breastmilk and may pose a safety risk.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. You can find answers to these questions by reviewing the link to our manual below. You want to fill up the water inside the warmer until it reaches the same level as the frozen breast milk. You can then click on the cold button until the LCD screen displays "F" and then select steady warm. I would not recommend this bottle warmer. We used for about a week before it stopped working. The electronic display gathered condensation on the inside after a a few days. It eventually just stopped turning on all together.

Love it, but quickly broke

Easy to use bottle warmer
It's simple to use and warms the breast milk well. I've been using with silicone bottles, and that's been a challenge. I have to use the setting 5-6 (about 3 higher than recommend for glass bottles) for about 2-3 oz of milk. Pros - Easy to use, only a few buttons (though the labeling is questionable - why not just Breast milk/Formula options?) - Warms quickly and safely for breast milk - The basket is nice to lift the bottle after use, and it heats up quickly. - It shuts down automatically after warming, so no energy waste, and can continuously use the same water. - Looks modern, simple, and compact (which means heats quickly as well). Good quality. Cons - No settings for silicone bottles (I preheat sometimes to speed up the process) - Hard to get consistency (maybe others with plastic/glass bottles will have more luck) - Expensive for the features (simplicity may be worth the extra cost)

Doesn't warm milk
FYI doesn't warm the actual milk with BOON Nursh bottles. It definitely heats up the hard plastic shell of the bottles, but the milk within the silicone pouch is ice cold, which completely defeats the purpose. And yes, I followed the instructions.

Waste of money
If you use Boon Nursh bottles, do not buy. This only heats up the plastic bottle part and the milk is still cold, even with following all instructions properly. Thankfully our baby will drink milk at any temp and don't even use the warmer anymore.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Bottles with silicone sleeves, like Boon Nursh, can act as insulation and prevent the heat from fully reaching the milk. To help improve results, you may either remove the silicone sleeve before warming or increase the warming settings. We're glad your baby is flexible with milk temperature, but if you’d like to give the warmer another try, adjusting in this way should make a difference.

I received this machine as a gift and after using it for 1 week, the inside of this bottle warmer is rusted, there is rust particles that are loose within the bottle warmer making it unsafe to use for a baby

Lost all respect for this brand after this purchase
We decided to buy this warmer after our excellent experience with the baby brezza washer. The difference in quality could not be greater. After a handful of uses, this thing started leaking water out of the bottom and all over our counters. In fact it has now gotten so bad that water is filling the LCD screen and causing the buttons not to work. Tl;dr, buy this and you're going to find out what it's like to have a screaming, hungry newborn and no bottle warmer.
