Critter clinic for Christmas
Got this toy for my 16 month old daughter for Christmas. It's a nice toy for the price... I'd be thrilled if the company that made this toy decided to create a wooden version of this! Additionally, I wish there were some more weight added on the bottom of the critter clinic, because my daughter likes to play with it on top of the coffee table, and because it is so light it moves around when she tries to turn the keys or close the cage doors.

It’s a keeper! So much fun for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She learned how to lock and unlock doors. We filled the four empty doors with stuffed dogs but she loves putting other toys in the doors. This toy is played daily.

Cute toy. Toddler loves it and I can see it growing with her into preschool years. I docked a star because I agree with other reviewers that it’s too bad it only includes two animals. I recommend getting Pound Puppies Minis from Target or hunting down 90’s Happy Meal mini Beanie Babies (on eBay, FB Marketplace, garage sales, thrift stores). We have both of those and they fit perfectly! Extra mini animals fit perfectly in the top where the “vet” supplies go.

Well made toy thats great for language and motor development!
As a pediatric speech pathologist, this is one of my favorite toys! It is so thoughtfully made and can be used so many ways. My clients love using the keys to open the doors, playing “doctor”, and there are so many ways to model and facilitate communication while doing so. I also love hiding small toys in the compartments and the kids love seeing what’s inside.

Poorly designed keys
The keys aren’t long enough to grasp well- there is no space between the key ring and the toothed portion of the key, so my toddler could not (and I could only barely) grasp the keys to actually put them in the locks.
