Paid for a new phone and received a used phone
Phone had smudges that will not come off and echoes with calls. Since it was a Christmas gift, and was not opened until that day, I am not able to return it and am stuck with this phone. So unfair as I have been a faithful customer for years. It has not been one month yet, SMH!

Amazing product
Trading up from a Note 8, I had no idea how far things have progressed. Speed, display, sound, all are advanced. It's a superior product to my neighbor's brand new "other" brand. They are envious.

SPen does not work as a remote anymore
The stupidest thing that Samsung could've done is remove the Bluetooth feature from the SPen. As a content creator, that's the sole reason I buy the Ultra. Will be replacing.

Wayyy too much AI interference, heavy, bulky
Really dislike this phone - the AI's constant, invasive, overly controlling. Never stops making suggestions to read, buy, & do things I don't want - feels like it's involved in literally everything I say or do! Can't easily uninstall preinstalled apps cos they come back. 1 00x zoom's a gimmick - very grainy. Old text thread's go black so have to keep trying to open old thread. It's big, heavy, & bulky. Very overpriced. Gave it 2* instead of 1* because maybe it will do something better than my old phone one day. Much prefer my old Galaxy!
