Great Motherboard!
This motherboard is fantastic! It has all the features I needed and more that I didn't know I needed. My only complaint and it's a very, very small complaint. There is not optical audio port. That certainly isn't a deal breaker. Great Motherboard!

Very happy
This is the first motherboard I've bought. I did my research and I deliberately chose a recent version to go with recent CPU in hope of immediate compatibility. It worked. No issues. Motherboard download useful windows software. BIOS was easy if a bit difficult to open after windows installed. Check internet for keystrokes and try them all. Took a while for Bluetooth to start working. WiFi was quick and no issues and I appreciated the unexpected bonus game, arc raiders

Replacement ASUS Motherboard
Nice stable system with lots of great features. I bought it to replace my 2011 ASUS M5A 78L-M USB3 Motherboard. I have been upgrading the system every few years but it will not support Windows 11 and I have some applications that require Windows 11. This new mobtherboard has plenty of room to expand so it wouldn't go obsolete quickly.

Not my favorite motherboard
I’m not sure how well this board works. I run Linux and Asus doesn’t provide the needed drivers for the chipset. They provide them for Windows 10/11 but thankfully I’ve never allowed myself to get trapped in that squirrel cage of an OS. I’m currently running a live Debian OS in system ram to use the computer. The moral of the story? Check the manufacturer website for drivers before buying the product.

LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGE?
Still haven't gotten everything together yet. The board is well labeled. But just not ready to shut my old system down. Taking parts from it to put in new system. Fits the chassis like a charm. Soon as I know where each cable goes I will slap it together, and if I remember, I will update my review. The website has all the drivers to install. I want to be able to plug the operating system I have, clone drive C to the SSD drive. But there is a lot I don't know.

Need to be fixed
Asus TUF Gaming B850 Plus will freeze up or loop when a internal device is plugged the internal USB 5gb header. The ASUS is new and the Graugear multi frnt panel with USB and card reader are new.

To resolve this, check if the USB device is working properly, the USB cable was properly connected to the USB header. Works great, bios screen streamlined and simple. My only problem with the board is my top PCIE slot does not function, forcing me to use the bottom slot and possibly lose performance.

Great for a first build.
Easy Install, straight forward to build on. I've installed a 9800x3D cooled by a Dark Rock Pro 5 to Cool and a 5080. Mobo BIOS is perfect for managing the fan curves.

Very complete board - it has everything I need. I only wish there had been a front panel connection block into which i could plug the myriad of front panel connectors and then plug that one block into the board.

Great value for money
Solid and reliable motherboard, great value for the price. Easy installation and runs perfectly. Good VRM quality, plenty of ports and fast M.2 support. Excellent for a mid-range build. BIOS is user-friendly, everything worked flawlessly out of the box.
